A 50 % deposit is required before graphic design work is started, as well as orders ready for print. The final 50% must be paid when client receives the order. Project X Media is not responsible for color critical jobs. Match prints are available upon requests, and will incur additional charges. All time sensitive jobs must be in before 7pm to be received the following day. 24 hour turnaround is an estimation not a guarantee. Project X Media is not responsible for delays due to an act of God (such as poor weather conditions) mechanical or electrical machine failure, airline delays or cancellations (on Delta shipping), etc.  Payments received are non-refundable.
